Promix AP is a stationary phase for small and medium size peptides under 3 kDa with a PI value below 7.0. This mixed-mode analytical column has negatively-charged acidic ion-pairing groups embedded within long ligand chains.
– Utilizes both reverse phase and ion-exchange interaction mechanisms.
– Requires an acidic mobile phase with a pH ranging from 2 to 5.5.
– A minimum ionic modifier concentration of 20 mM is recommended.
