Primesep S2 is a silica-based, acidic column with hydrophilic properties. It provides the following capabilities:
– Separates basic compounds using a cation-exchange mechanism.
– Separates basic and neutral polar compounds through a HILIC (Hydrophilic Interaction Liquid Chromatography) mechanism.
The mobile phases can be tailored for various applications, such as LC-MS and preparative chromatography, and also optimized for low UV detection.
