With a 5 µm Particle and 300A Pore Size, this Column works well with higher flow rates and lower back pressures. It is often used for large, polar or neutral compounds including proteins, peptides, enzymes & natural products in Reversed Phase HPLC. Expect shorter retention times and faster equilibration
