These Guard Column Cartridges are packed with 3µm, Cogent RP Cyano™ Stationary Phase. Not end capped, they are manufactured with a 3 carbon ligand that has an attached terminal Cyano

(Carbon & Nitrogen)

group which includes a triple bond and are bonded to the highest purity silica available.

Designed to protect your 2.1mm ID, RP Cyano, Analytical Columns from particulates and contaminants that will adsorb to it. They are packed with Reversed Phase Solvents in Stainless Steel Tubes and have Stainless Steel Frits that are pressed into PEEK Frit Caps.
